Organ transplant costs a donor nothing but has sufficient caliber to save a life. Every year, a number of people die while climbing huge waiting organ transplant list or seeking an immediate transplant. Several Government as well as private organizations attempts to organize a number of awareness campaigns in order to encourage people for organ donation and reducing the number of related deaths.

While emphasizing on the need of on-time organ donation, a doctor from the Kelowna, Dr. Dennis Karpiak notified that a liver transplant in the US had saved him from death and hailed people for donation. Further, the expert has shared his personal experience with the health condition and notified to avail a needed liver transplant, around five years back in Wisconsin.

"The present system isn't working. You have to be seriously motivated to go to a computer and register yourself to be an organ donor", Dr. Dennis Karpiak added further.

As per reports, the New Jersey has reflected least number of enrollments for organ donation as compared to rest of the country. Further, more than 5,000 patients are struggling hard to avail a needed transplant and save their live, particularly in New Jersey.
