According to reports, the News Limited's Cumberland Courier Newspaper Officials announced that soon 20 of its main journals would be given a total new look and feel.
Talking about its redesign plans, the Officials claimed that their plans will certainly be aimed as the increasing their reading TRP's among their loyal readers.
The Officials also accounted that from a long time they were getting a vital hint about the fact that their potential readers desired the circulated journals to become more local.
However, with these newspapers, the Organization has also modified of its business journal's the style sheet and the new style sheet has been renamed as NewsLocal.
Moreover, the redesigned journals, that are planned to be circulating across Sydney and Central Coast, will be identified with a new identity and along with the eye catching designs; the journal will also be offering some fresh editorial sections.
All these statements related with the change decision were taken immediately after the Banjo Advertising Officials planned a readership survey.
The survey findings found that certainly all the 20 newspapers were the most read ones but about more than 2000 readers admitted that they a fresh and innovative design was the need of the hour, so that they could get a clearer view and a better understanding of the local issues.
Giving more details about the newly designed journals, the reported information emphasized that now onwards the journal includes some brand new sections in which the reporters would be focusing the hyper-local issues.
Sharing his view points, Campbell Mitchell, News Local marketing and strategy Director, said, "The research we conducted also found that 80% of readers felt advertisers were an important part of the local paper for them. This indicated we needed to do more with it such as aligning it to sections, making it more useful".
