It has been revealed according to a recent survey that people from New Zealand are the most social people in the entire world. It has been revealed after a study conducted by the Organization for Economic Operation and Development OECD.

The survey conducted by them included 40 nations and many people. New Zealand seemed to rank highest on the ratings of happiness and well being in life. People living here are satisfied with their lifestyle and are happy about the way they are. They also believe in socializing a lot and are ever ready to mix-up with people from other nationalities.

Denmark was rated 7.8 on a sale of 1-10, whereas other countries like Australia, Canada, Sweden, Switzerland, Norway, and so on were the next few on the list.

People from New Zealand ranked highest when it came to timely support from friends and family, and 975 of them were sure that they would be surrounded by their loved ones, in time of need.

"People in New Zealand and Portugal are among the most social of all nationalities surveyed, with more than 75 per cent reporting at least one social contact with friends or family per week”, revealed the OECD report. It further added that nations like Hungary, Poland and France, were the worst in this category of the survey.

As for Britons, they topped the list for countries with workaholics. Others in the list were nations like Mexico, Turkey and so on.
