The majority of parents have applauded latest law directing adults to not serve any liquor to children, as an attempt to avoid continuously increasing alcohol-related death rate. Under the spell of law, which is believed to be in action most probably from November 01, adults will be restricted to offer any alcohol to children aged 18 or less.
