Pakistan’s Ambassador to United Arab Emirates (UAE) Jamil Ahmed Khan said that his government is committed to offer quality services to Pakistani expatriates, engaged in various development activities across the Emirates.
The recently introduced Machine Readable Passport (MRP) facility in UAE is in line with the government’s expatriate friendly policy. He was here to preside over a function meant for inaugurating the newly constructed Machine Readable Hall in Pakistan Embassy.
He assured that Pakistani community would be provided every facility by the government so that they may work without facing any inconvenience. People, he said, would be able to avail speedy services without waiting for long times in queues. The newly constructed hall, having a capacity of about 350 to 400 people at a time, would offer better, smooth and efficient consular services to the Pakistani community.
He added, “Being Muslims, we have the faith that with Allah Almighty’s help the people of Pakistan will prove that they are brave nation and are fully capable to overcome all crisis.”
He told that Pakistan government has already approved proposal for constructing two new halls, one in Pakistan Embassy, Abu Dhabi and the other at Pakistan Consulate for the benefit of community.
