Stay Healthy to Avoid DiabetesA group of researchers have recently found that a person can avoid developing Type-2 Diabetes by simply changing one’s lifestyle. Diabetes has become one of the graver diseases which affects not only elders but also newly born babies.

In the study, researchers have indicated that by overcoming the problems like obesity, binge drinking and smoking one can reduce the chances of developing diabetes. Moreover, efforts should make towards improving one’s diet and indulging in the physical activity. Obesity is the foremost reason of Type-2 diabetes.

For the study, the researchers observed lifestyle of about 200,000 people who were successful in fighting diabetes. The researchers are of the view that if one controls one’s life style then he or she can cut the risk of diabetes by
31%.

The magazines are also a community for South African diabetics, which encourages diabetics to live a happy life. Besides, the magazine also has blogs and websites which focus upon answering the woes of the diabetics and spreading information about diabetes. The magazine carried ten articles which provide amole information about the life of a diabetic.
