Controversy Continues over Sale of Animal Tested Cosmetics Products

Alicia-SilverstoneAs per the reported information, Alicia Silverstone, the renowned model and social worker, has called on the European Union (EU) to support an advertising rejection ban on the sales of cosmetics tested on animals.

However, the announcement was made because in past few days, the nation’s administrative department claimed that the animal tested cosmetics controversy was increasing day by day.

Moreover, in order to get more efficiency in the animal protection laws, a 34-year-old actress recently took a very bold step by giving a nude advertisement for animal rights charity PETA.

Meanwhile, showing her concerns about the issue, she added that the authorities should immediately understand the importance of protecting the advertised goods, as every time she use these products on her son, she always suspects that one day her son would be suffering from some health complications.

Whereas, she further asserted that all the culprits, who experiment these sold products on living creatures, should immediately arrested by EU.

On the other hand, while sharing her views about the debate, European Commissioner John Dalli wrote an open letter to the EU officials asking for a ban on these products.

She added, "This ban was put in place to advance and modernize cosmetics testing and keeping it in place is crucial“.
