The Abu Dhabi Fund for Development (ADFD), a national institution under the Abu Dhabi Government has announced that it has inked a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Grameen Trust of Bangladesh.

The sources informed that the MoU aims at defining collaboration between the two parties in order to palliate poverty in Bangladesh as well as developing countries by assisting unprivileged communities strengthen sources of livelihood.

Sources added that the leadership of Abu Dhabi plays a key leading role in the worldwide efforts to eradicate poverty around the globe. They are doing so by introducing ambitious initiatives that contribute to socio-economic growth in the developing countries.
