On Tuesday, initiation of the handover of 2,387 high-end units at the AED3 billion Executive Towers development in Business Bay was revealed by Dubai Properties Group (DPG).

It has appeared that there are 12 building in the first venture from Dubai Properties Group, which is to be delivered in Business Bay. Out of these 12 buildings, 10 are residential and feature 60 villas located at the plaza level, 16 boutique office villas, and a three-level podium that offers parking bays for 3,602 vehicles.

Statement issued by the company said that the handover of The Executive Towers consists of 176 commercial units and 2,211 residential units and will be unveiled with a comprehensive customer service programme.

"This landmark development stands as a pivotal point in the evolution of Business Bay, and is a building block for other great projects to follow. Business Bay continues to meet several important milestones with the extension of the Dubai Creek nearing completion," Khalid Al Malik, group CEO of Dubai Properties Group expressed.

DPG has now finalized the names of the 11 towers. While the first four residential towers facing east will be dubbed East Heights 1-4, the fifth, a 39-floor commercial property, will be named Aspect Tower.

The name of the remaining six residential towers, which would face west, will be West Heights 1-6. Apart from this, a 307-room Hotel Tower would be included in the development.
