Babies Know It All!

babyIt has been revealed, according to a recent report, that little babies realize when a person is sad. The research reveals that the little babies, as young as three months old, have the ability to read human voices and find out when a person is sad.

The report suggests that those areas of the brain that are supposed to process speech tend to develop apparently quickly. This new study could reveal a number of loopholes of the study of autism and would be able to reveal why a lot of babies in the world suffer from this disease and there might be a possible cure for the same as well.

The research has been conducted in the King’s College London’s Department of Psychiatry. It was done by scanning a group of little babies for the developments of their brain.

The results said that children can differentiate between human and non-human voices.

Co-researcher Anna Blasi added: "It is probably because the human voice is such an important social cue that the brain shows an early specialization for its processing. This may represent the very first step in social interactions and language learning”.
