Alison Wyndham, a physiotherapist and who is also a founder of the Wyndham Centres, has finally found out the treatment, though not permanent for the people suffering from arthritis. She says arthritis can now be improved if the patient does regular exercise, which would further ensure the joint movement and strengthening of the muscles.

Alison has not only stated the constant exercise to be a treatment for the people suffering from arthritis, but also at the same time she said that constant exercise would further improve the general health of people and ensure the well being of older people. Alison also affirmed that regular exercise must be brought into practice by the older generation for their grater well being and health.

While elucidating the benefits of regular exercising, Alison Wyndham said that it will not only ensure their better health and well being, but at the same time it will confirm less requirement for medical treatment, leading to lower insurance premiums.
