A Queensland based egg producer, Sunny Queen Farm, has launched a unique “egg cam” online tool that is directed to feature its chickens. The viewers just need to log on in order to watch the chooks from Sunny Queen’s Free Range farms.

Julie Proctor, the Spokeswoman for the Sunny Queen Farms said that the farm had fixed a web camera in its pasture to help its consumers, who are enthusiastic to know the dissimilarities between the free ranged and caged eggs. It would surely help some of the free range customers who had questions about what exactly “free range” means.

“It’s no wonder our hens think they’re something special – they are! The live Egg cam has been set up so people can see everything that the girls get up to when they are out and about - from the moment they hit the paddock and start foraging until they’re brought back into the barn at dusk to get their beauty sleep”, she added.

Further, Ms. Proctor revealed that unlike many other reality TV programs, the unique program has no provisions for editing and is aimed to deliver authentic information about the life of hen that produce free range eggs.
