A girl was rushed to a hospital following an adder bite on one of her leg that made it turn blue black.
Tylar Butcher was on a stroll with her family in the New Forest at Hampshire when she was bitten by the snake and following this her entire leg turned black.
She was walking along the footpath when she felt a sting and yelled as she saw a snake slithering away into the grass.
Her leg turned black and her family took her to Southampton General Hospital's intensive care unit.
Doctors feel that she will get recovered soon as she was treated with anti-venom.
Tylar's father, Kenny, said, “At first I thought she had been stung by a stinging nettle but then I saw the snake slithering away and the puncture marks on her foot. She lifted her leg off the ground and was standing on one leg. You can tell by your children if they are in pain, and she was in absolute agony.”
He added that one of his cousins who keep reptiles asked him to immediately call 999 for help and he did as the girl stood on just one leg.
