International tenants expected to acquire Abu Dhabi's leaning towerRecently ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company), owner-developer of Capital Gate has launched commercial leasing of the tower. It is the Abu Dhabi's world famous signature tower. One can find this next to the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre in the UAE capital.

The tower is of 35-storey 160m.  Capital Gate is equipped with approximately 15,000sqm of Grade A+ office space. Moreover the tower will also have the 5-star Hyatt Capital Gate hotel. It is first Hyatt property of Abu Dhabi.  It will cover an area beyond 25,000sqm.

Capital Gate's office space is offered to the tenants, with NFA (net floor area) with the change between 994sqm to 1,056sqm per floor.

Yesterday the rates were announced for the floors. A renter taking up an entire floor could pay as much as Dh2.6 million per each year. Floors are very wide, ranging from about 950 to 1050 square metres.

As per Bill Lunt, an executive director at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC), the first choice is for international companies which can provide support so as to drive new business to Abu Dhabi's economy.
