34-stone man wants to lose weight after his heartbeat could not be found

doctorsA 24-year-old man was shocked after a hospital visit when doctors could not figure out his heart beat with a stethoscope earlier and then with an ultra sound machine because they could not penetrate his fat layers to find the beat.

This has made Alan Belmont, who weighs about 34 stones lose weight and become healthy all over again.

His reading was however taken when medics spotted a weak pulse under his arm but he stated that he wants to get in shape despite wearing XXXXXXL sized clothes and lose about 20 stones.

He said, “I went to the hospital recently and they told me they couldn't find my heart and I thought to myself "I'm a dead man walking. They could not even find it using an ultra sound, which is what they use on pregnant women. I was quite embarrassed when the doctors said they couldn't find my pulse.”

He added that he wants to become a normal healthy person again and for this he is going to take help from his class mate who is now a fitness instructor about following the right kind of diet and fitness routine.
