Atlanta Court of Appeals to Expedite Decision on Obamacare

Roger-Vinson-obamacareIt was only recently that a Florida judge had passed the verdict that Obamacare was unconstitutional; following the judgment, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta has clearly presented it intentions of speeding up the pace of investigations regarding the healthcare system overhaul. The court has apparently decided to be a lot quicker than even the target set by the federal government.

The decision taken by the court means that the Obama administration will have to file a fresh set of court papers by the 4th of April and that the state of Florida will have an extra month till the 4th of May. Meanwhile, the federal authorities will have to file another set of document by the 18th of May.

According to the verdict passed by the court, it further informed that it had not made a decision on a request that the review should be held in front of all the 10 federal judges. Information provided by the Justice Department stated that the far-reaching consequences of the decision by a federal judge had resulted in the speeding up of the decision.

It needs to be remembered that the US District Court Judge Roger Vinson had ruled against Obamacare after 26 states had filed a case in the Florida court.
