DPRK encourages South Korea for Dialogue with Practical MeasuresMember of Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), Rodong Sinmun, on Saturday had encouraged South Korea for responding to the DPRK dialogue proposal with practical measures. He claimed that the South Korean authorities wish to have a dialogue with DPRK while performing large scale military exercises is doubtable.

The South Korean government is neither accepting the dialogue nor rejecting it but is continuously challenging peaceful nuclear cause of DPRK.

In his commentary, he urged the South Korean authorities to end the policy of opposition and also to put an end to the joint military exercises with United States.

"Key Resolution" and "Foal Eagle", the two joint military exercises of South Korea and U. S., are to be held from Feb. 28 to March. 10.

KCNA, the official news agency on March 4 reported that the DPRK on Friday has asked the South Korean government to allow the free meeting and communication between the non-governmental organizations of the North and the South Korea.
