Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company, one of the leading pipe manufacturers, has finally decided to terminate a memorandum of understanding with US-based company Perma-Pipe, to build a pre-insulated pipes factory, following a disagreement over management.

However, the company further revealed that cancellation of the MoU did not mean an end to its plans to invest in pre-insulated pipes.

The Saudi Arabian Amiantit Company, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the manufacture and sale of various types of pipes worldwide.
