Indians and Pakistani migrants jailed in Dubai on murder charges

Dubai-Criminal-CourtSome 10 Indians and 1 Pakistani citizen have been put in jail for their involvement in murder in the country. The jail term for each one is different and starts from 10 years to life sentence.

They are said to be involved in beating a man and then burying his corpse in mud.

It was the 26 year old HS, who is said to be the deputy of bootlegging gang, who was sent for life in the prison. Two other 24 year old and 26 year old Indians have been sentenced to life. It was the Dubai's Criminal Court of First Instance that convicted all the accused.

In the report, it was said that the accused attacked the victim with swords, machetes, pipes and wooden blocks two years back. The incident took place in the Samsung office in Jebel Ali.

Besides this, the remaining 8 Indians were given 15 years of jail sentence and they were said to have been co-accused in the murder. 1 Pakistani who was working as driver was sent to jail for 10 years.

Meanwhile, all the defendants have denied their involvement and said that they have nothing to do with the case.
