Arabtec Construction has bagged a note of honor for two assignments worth a joint AED 623 million in the UAE.

The major constructing holding Arabtec group of Dubai is to offer allowing, building and MEP construction in addition to set up and background for two suburban towers in Abu Dhabi and a workers lodging in Fujairah.

The primary tower shall be composed of three basement stages, five podium floors, a ground floor, and 40 housing floors; the next tower shall have two level basements, a ground floor, five podium floors and 35 floors on top.

The entire built up region for the two-year development is 90,000 m2 and is an agreement worth AED 552 million. In addition it shall also plan and construct staff lodging in Ishwais in Fujairah, the eastern emirate.

The structure will be 16 levels high with two platforms and a basement on a built-up region of 14,000 m2. It may need 16 months to finish and is an agreement worth AED 71 million.
