Dubai is going to organize an exhibition for luxury yacht owners in March next year. The main idea behind the event is to be able to capitalize on the region’s image as the hotspot for yacht owners.

Currently, Dubai has one-third of the entire world’s super yacht with it.

Besides that, it is also a home for some of the most famous yacht companies. It is believed that big names in the area including Fincantieri of Italy and Luerssen of Germany, are going to take part in the event.

Going to be known as the Dubai International Boat Show, it will be for five days beginning from March 1 and is going to take place at the Dubai International Marine Club - Mina Seyahi.

Exhibitions director at the Dubai World Trade Centre, Grant Burgham said that Middle East is home to word’s highest number of high networth individuals and that makes it a perfect destination for luxury yacht and high-end marine luxury industry.

Beside, the sector has also gone up after showing bad business time due to financial crunch.
