Delhi, now better known as the crime capital across the country for the increasing number of heinous crimes, has another matter of forged visa racket surfaced.
Delhi police has arrested nine people in the case of forgery of Visa, of which 2 are men and 7 women. The visas were forged for sending people to Dubai, New Zealand and Sierra leone. The things that were confiscated include a hard disk, a forged passport, nine forged visa stickers of New Zealand and Sierra Leone and 31 passports.
Seven of the arrested were women who were in full preparation to fly to Dubai with forged documents but were caught at Indira Gandhi International Airport. They were planning to depart from Kingfisher Airlines. The purpose of forging the visa was to escape detailed questioning about their visit to Dubai.
Sahu aged 35 who is a travel agent involved in recruiting women for sending them to Dubai and Aman Marwaha, 31, who has been identified as the agent also a recruiter and the mastermind forger were arrested in the case. They were apparently sending the women for dancing in the bars there.
