Team Fazza won Grand PrixTeam Fazza has again cemented their pedigree being the global champions with an exciting start to finish win in the Emirates/Dubai Duty Free Grand Prix.

It was the last and final round of the UIM Class One World Powerboat Championship in the Mina Seyahi waters at the Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC) on Saturday.

Arif Saif Al Zafe'in was the ones driving and Nader Bin Hendi was at the throttle. The two from Dubai were at the lead from the very beginning, and soon went on to weather away a challenge all through the race by the Norwegian duo of Kolbjorn Selmer and Jorn Tandberg in their Welmax boat.

Raffaelo Chiulli, the UIM President and Saeed Hareb, the Managing-Director of DIMC gave the winning trophies to the winners in front of the sponsors' representatives Salah Tahlak, the Director of Corporate Communications of Dubai Duty Free, Ahmad Al Rumaithi, a Member of the UAE Marine Sports Federation, Saif Bin Markan of the Victory Team and Khalid Bel Jaflah, the Vice-President of Commercial Sales of Emirates airline.

This win along with the 20 points brought the Fazza tally up to 212.
