'City of Apple' to be designed by Norman FosterAfter acquiring HP's former Cupertino campus Apple is looking to Norman Foster, a British architect. It is planning to design a modern, environmental campus that will symbolize Apple's design philosophies.

Foster is well-known for designing the zero-carbon Masdar City in Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates. Now it will design the City of Apple. Foster held that it is a great challenge for designing a zero-carbon, zero-waste city. However as a believer in imaginative architecture, Foster likes dares.

He follows the path of Buckminster Fuller, he considers in car-less cities where people get in the region of using resources of transport that others would see as the possessions of science invention.

The City of Apple will consist of 150 acres of commercial real land property. There are rumours that it will have an environmentally forthcoming design approach. This will include forward-looking machinery in materials and equipment in addition to renewable energy wealth.

Between buildings there will be pathways to maintain the surface olive as much as noticeable.
