Afghanistan has become one of the most suitable places to the criminal outfits. There are numerous incidents of embezzlement of public fund and distortion of information with a view to force the higher officials to take hush-up money from government treasury.

In a cable, a report has been flashed in relation to the wrong commitment and forgery done by the ex-Vice President named Ahmad Zia Massoud who fled the country to Dubai forging about $52 million in hard cash. The government seems to be handicap as it was not able to cross examine the culprit about the illegal transaction.

In this connection, An American envoy told reporters that every year; million dollars make inroads into the country from Dubai illegally. There are numerous wicked persons, thieves and rogues in Afghanistan.

They steal money due to their personal profits. In another incident, transportation minister in Afghanistan has been accused of extorting and forging about $200 million illegally.

In Ghazni, the condition is worst as unwanted elements and plunderers are spread like mushrooms all over the country. Senior government employees and top brass have been involved in many wrong commitments. The government should take drastic steps to terminate the social follies immediately.
