No major changes in Ferrari

FerrariTalking about possible changes within the Italian team, Ferrari president Luca di Montezemolo said there won't be any big changes as a consequence of their big disappointment at the world championship in Abu Dhabi.

The Scuderia lost at the final race of the season, where Fernando Alonso lost out to Red Bull's Sebastian Vettel following the strategic blunder made by the team.

That mistake, along with others committed in the course of the season, created speculation among many regarding the changes that could be imposed in the team's hierarchy.

Di Montezemolo said that there won't be any major changes; however, "minor adjustments" might take place.

He added that Formula One terms have extremely clear targets, and that from Sunday night itself in Abu Dhabi he had immediately tried to console his guys who were grieving their defeat in the garage, encouraging them to look to the future. There lies the strength of Ferrari that they never give up.

He also said that making changes within the team is not their philosophy, as for many years now they have adopted a policy based on dynamic stability: so a few minor adjustments may take place, but none major.
