Queen moves to Oman on a state visitA visit that is expected to be very good for the future for both the regions, the Queen and Duke of Edinburgh has recently arrived in Oman.

It is to be mentioned here that the arrival is the second leg of a five-day state visit of the Gulf. While the monarch was welcomed to the capital Muscat by none other than the country's ruler Sultan Qaboos, the duo came in to the country after flying in from Abu Dhabi in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

The royal party moved between the two rows of soldiers as the guard of honour soon after they greeted the Sultan. Foreign Secretary William Hague said in Abu Dhabi that the visit was a very effective form of diplomacy. The royal trip of the duo if the part of the, plan of the government to renew the UK's relationship with the Gulf Arab states.

The Queen also unveiled the Foster's modern design which will be present at the national museum of UAE. It is believed that the visit will able to make the relation among the two regions even more strong from the current situation of affairs.
