At Women in Leadership forum, female activists have strongly admitted that in this modern society, those who are interested to get success in commercial sectors overtaking the barriers of gender bias and unequal status must perform their duties accurately to reach their own destinations.

According to Sophie Le Ray, the chief executive of Naseba Group, it is a matter of grave concern that comparing to male entrepreneurs, female traders are not getting benefits and facilities. Therefore, they must fight for justice and equal status so that they can perform more brilliantly and efficiently.

Afnan Rashid al Zayani who is the president of the Mena Businesswomen's Network and Al Zayani Commercial Services has stated that women are still trailing behind in the case of decision making issues.
