Recently, Ford Motor Co. has proposed a new strategic investment plan for a plant near Bordeaux, France, said by Stephen Odell, head of the automaker’s European unit.

In a press conference which was attended by Odell and French Finance Minister, Odell mark a point that this investment plan has a major focus on bringing training and technology in Bordeaux, Southwest France.

He also said that the major idea behind launching such an investment plan is to build a plant with healthy future.

It is expected that Ford will become hold the solo ownership of the plant by the year end and manage to employ 700 employees.
