The game is expected to sell between 13 and 15 million units in the quarter and is expected to generate high revenues from digital sales as well. The earlier version of the game developed by Treyarch, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare recorded high digital sales of its add-on products.

Meanwhile, Activision has reported a growth of 15 per cent in digital sales in the first nine months over 2009.
