Sony's Google-Powered Internet TVs to Break Records

Sony TVEveryone is still wondering if Sony's internet TV will be able to live up to the hype. With eyes waiting to see and the eagerly awaited Sony Internet TV powered by Google TV, the expectation seems to touch the sky.

Due to arrive at the stores in the US by October 16, this Sony's internet TV is believed to be priced much lower than was anticipated. Yet another surprise by Sony is on the way which will help user’s stream videos from sites like YouTube, play Flash games and connect with friends on social networks.

The Blu-ray player powered by Google TV is on its way of release which will be targeting people with HDMI-ready TV. With the help of this facility the consumers would also be able to show off photos on the biggest display in the house.

The world's first internet TV, which is due to offer a seamless internet-TV experience with access to the "full" World Wide Web, is on its way to your homes. Though there already are many internet TV’s in the market but this new internet-TV has been designed to break down the borders between browsing the internet and watching TV.

Mike Abary, Senior Vice President of Sony's Home Division asserted "Sony Internet TV is the world's first HDTV that combines the big-screen impact of television and full Internet search to deliver an unrivaled entertainment experience”.
