Scientists have brought in a new technique for cancer treatment that, aides in lowering the side effects despite the extreme levels of chemotherapy doses.

The lead scientists claim that the new drug will be pronounced at the soon at the cancer conference this week indicating the effective usages against the various kinds of tumor, reports the Daily Express.

The aim of the treatment is to keep a tab on various cancers. In case of breast cancer patients a mixture of traditional chemotherapy with another new-generation drug proved effective against cancer cells.

Scientists claim that the treatment which is code named T-DM1, to a Trojan horse since a killer drug is safeguarded by another chemical and gets activated after hitting infectious cells.

It is stated that the malignant cells are culminated claiming of few side effects related to chemotherapy, including hair loss, weakened immune system and nausea.

The technology has been developed by US based Immunogen in association with drug giant Roche.

The paper will be presented in European Society of Medical Oncology conference in Milan.
