Apple customers are unlikely to see their devices such as iPad and iPhone support the Flash player from Adobe soon as Apple blames the product for causing system crashes and being buggy.
Users regularly raise question whether Apple will include support for Abode flash in the update in OS for iPad. Some are also waiting for the company a camera/mic to include. It not certain that apple devices will never support Flash but it will be difficult after the sharp comments from CEO Steve Jobs about the player over the months.
Meanwhile, Apple announced new versions of iPod Nano, iPod Touch, iPod Shuffle as well as a non iPod entertainment device called Apple TV. The iPod new model is lighter and slimmer but offers a steady hold to the users with curved, chromed steel backing. The curve is less noticeable from the second and third generation model allowing it to be placed steadily and avoid wobbling.
The new iPod Touch will now feature two video cameras; one will be front facing to allow it to use Apple's new FaceTime video chat technology and the other back facing. The Facetime on the Touch will allow users to make and receive video calls from other iPods as well as iPhone through an email address. The rear facing camera is capable of capturing still images and video up to 720p but lacks flash. The new device is not similar to the one on iPhone 4 but allows third party apps on the device.
The new version includes a lot of features from the iPhone 4. It runs on the same processor as iPhone, A4 chip. The device will also support Wi-Fi 802.11n at 2.4GHz. It also features 3.5-inch "retina" display with a resolution of
960x640. Apple has interestingly removed camera from the iPod Nano model mainly as it does not want it to compete with its other model, iPod touch.
