Five honored back to Project CanvasThe recent news in regard of Project Canvas comes in form of Five, when Richard Desmond, the chairman of Five’s new owner Northern & Shell soon grabbed the opportunity in getting in the project.

Five apparently was forced to leave the Project in the start of July due to financial hassles which led to the sale of company.

Desmond’s judgment to rejoin the campaign is followed after making changes soon in Five making necessary price cuts.

The risks include dismissal of Five’s chairman and chief executive Dawn Airey who supposedly leaves on his own condition to associate with Five’s former owner RTL, channel controller, Richard Woolfe and director of strategy Charles Constable, in regard of 25 per cent layout of staff.

Five has supposedly laid its hands off from the Project and supposedly offers support in form of new ownership, with Richard Desmond offering Canvas a key feature in Five’s future.

The earlier report claimed the development of the hardware to carry the IPTV platform in the start of the month.
