Microsoft exchange server releases SP1 2010

MicrosoftMicrosoft has pronounced the release of its first service pack for its Exchange Server 2010.

It is said the latest service pack comes with an offering of latest features, up gradations and at the same time additional offerings , as reported by tech news site Windows IT Pro.

Peter Menadue, general manager, Microsoft Solutions at Dimension Data stated: "Exchange 2010 SP1 is a great example of how Microsoft is rapidly responding to customer and partner feedback." We believe the new enhancements to [SP1] can only accelerate the already strong customer demand we've seen for upgrades."

The latest service package offering comes with advanced capacities to archive things into an Exchange Server 2010, in addition with making necessary improvisations to look out for files for previewing and at the same time as multi-mailbox feature.

The Outlook web application comes in the form of improved updates which comprises of superior looks and performance, calendar, and Information Right Management ability.

The service pack is soon followed by the offering of a beta version to be announced in June and at the same time has been downloaded more than 500,000 times.
