One of the senior security architects, Rocky Heckman has said that when hackers run their systems on Window, while they create viruses, the code is repeatedly sent to Microsoft directly.
Heckman explained that when a hacker's system crashes in Windows, it prompts the users to send the error details to Microsoft along with the malicious code and the strange thing is that most of the users say yes.
"People have sent us their virus code when they're trying to develop their virus and they keep crashing their systems. It's amazing how much stuff we get”, he added.
Heckman gave details about the top five hacking methods and measures for the developers to avoid it at a Microsoft Tech.Ed 2010 conference session which, was specially held to discuss hacking today.
He described at the event how a malicious code can be created, which could help the delegates use cross-site scripting or SQL injection attacks.
However, it is not something which anyone can pick from the internet but he recommended the delegates to use the code sensibly.
He said that the Company was too familiar with the number of attacks made on the Microsoft's website but it did not know how to tackle it.
