Today, UAE Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Fujairah, HH Sheikh Hamad Bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, met the President of Sudan, Omer Hassan Al Bashir, on the sidelines of the NAM summit in Sharm El-Sheikh, Egypt.

The two leaders reviewed the joint relationships and discussed about the ways for enhancing the fraternal bond and friendship between the two countries during the conference.

They even reviewed the items on the agenda of the 15th summit of the member countries in the Non Alignment Movement meeting, which began today morning.

Greetings from President HH Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan were conveyed by the Fujairah Ruler to Omer Al Bashir, who in turn, offered his greetings to Sheikh Khalifa.

The delegation accompanying the Fujairah Ruler included Minister of State for Foreign Affairs HE Dr. Anwar Mohammed Gargash, the Ruler's Special Adviser Saif Sultan Al Samahi, Foreign Minister's Assistant for Political Affairs Dr. Tariq Ahmed Al Haidan, Foreign Minister's Assistant for Legal Affairs Dr. Abdul Rahim Yusuf Al Awadhi. In addition, UAE's Permanent Representative at UN Ahmed Abdul Rahman Al Jaramain, UAE ambassador to Egypt Ahmed Ali Nasser Al Zaabi and Director of the Ruler's Court Mohammed Saeed Al Dhanhani, also attended the meeting.
