Pay-to-upgrade a pseudo rumor: iOS 4Apple imposing fine to iPad users for upgrading, the new iOS 4 have reportedly been rebuffed, AppleInsider reports.

It was through reports made by Online blog Stuff.tv it was reported that the company plans to charge iPad users up to £5 to upgrade to the new operating system, which was released with the iPhone 4 smartphone device.

AppleInsider refuses the licensing agreement to be, false and doesn’t not permit the company to ask users for any, charge whatsoever.

As per the statement: “For example, if your iPad originally shipped with iPad 3.x software, Apple would provide you with any iPad OS software updates it might release up to and including the iPad 4.x software release. Such updates and releases may not necessarily include all of the new software features that Apple releases for newer iPad models."

Also, the experts claim that if Apple were asked fines for the updates it would adhere to a few of the users who claim of revamping their services to the latest iOS4 which might be aimed towards Apple's iAd mobile advertising platform.
