Telecom service provider, Tata Docomo has launched its new online customer care service to address queries and complaints of its customers, on Monday.
The service will be available to all its prepaid and post paid customers. The service called, Live Chat will allow customers to get answers to any query or complaint instantly through chat, according to a company statement.
The company will also get feedback on the quality of feedback from the customers by providing various feedback options for inputs. This is the first kind of service in the industry and the company believes that it will be convenient and save time for the customers.
Tata Docomo marketing head Gurinder Singh Sandhu said, "Live Chat is a natural extension of our attempt to leverage our presence and experience in the digital space. This takes forward our strategy of differentiating through constant thought-leadership and innovation in products, services and experiences."
