Asus has announced the launch of is new 23-inch Full HD 1080p display monitor, ‘ASUS VG236H’ in the Indian market.
The monitor is capable is showing 3D content with its NVIDIA 3D Vision and it also features Trace Free II technology. The company claims that it offers a response time of only 2ms and refresh of 120Hz.
It can display 16.7 million colors and offers contrast ratio of 100,000:1. The monitor can be seen from at an angle of 170 degrees horizontally and 160 degrees vertically, according to the company. The view is enhanced with the anti-reflection glare panel.
The monitor also has aspect ratio of 4:3 and comes with Color Shine technology with 400 nits ultra-brightness for better quality. For connections, it offer Dual-link DVI / HDMI / YPbPr and are located on the back of the screen. The ASUS VG236H weighs 7.0 Kg and has dimensions of 550x420x250 mm.

The monitor has a glossy, reflective piano black front chassis and a plain matte covering the back. It has a circular foot stand with 9.75 inches in diameter. The stand gives enough stability to the monitor. The array of the monitor has a Menu button, an Up and Down button, a Source button, and a preset cycle button.
The monitor has a gaming mode in which it automatically lightens up dark places to make easier for gamers to find hiding competitors. The Monitor with its advanced technology is expected to please many enthusiactic gamers and others in the country.
The ASUS VG236H is priced at Rs. 41,000 in the Indian market. Asus is offering a 3 years warranty for the system and 2 years warranty for the panel.
