Handset maker, Lava international has announced the launch of two mobile phones called, Lava B5 and the Lava B2 with Alpha keypads.
Lava is the first manufacturer to offer a mobile phone with Alpha keypad where the keys are organized with ABCDE alphabetical order unlike the conventional QWERTY keypads. The company says that the keypad will help people type with ease on the mobile phones.
The lava B5 features a 2.2-inch QVGA display and has dual SIM capabilities. It comes with email support, Opera mini, Nimbuzz, MSN, Skype, FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity, Media player, 3.5mm headset jack, and memory card support.
The Lava B5 will be priced at Rs. 4,399 and is available in retail stores across the country. The Lava B2 is bit cheaper at Rs. 3,999.
Lava International mobile brand holds 6% market share in the Indian handset market.
