With the aim of receiving enquiries, suggestions and complaints from the UAE telecom subscribers, concerning their telecom providers, the UAE Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has recently established and activated a service center.
The main goal of the center is to facilitate the flow of suggestions, complaints and enquiries from the telecom subscribers in the UAE, via channels like website, fax, telephone, e-mail, and filling the suggestions and complaint card at the TRA reception offices in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
The conditions and procedures, as clarified by the TRA website, require the applicant to follow up, if the complaint is related to telecom services provided by telecom operators. The candidate should give the reference number of the complaint, if the application is to be acknowledged.
