Contraceptive pills for men have also been developed by scientists, so that males can also take value measures to put a check on birth control. This invention had been in progress from past many years. A chosen group of recipients were given hormone jabs by the scientists to develop these pills.

Then the effect of the pills was recorded, confirming some side effects also on some men, like malfunctioning of libido, and depression, after the intake of the pills. But it was also reported, that the pills wouldn’t hinder the sexual activity of men.

Assisting in the development of this pill, Professor of Haim Breitbart of Israel's Bar-Ilan University said, “Men don’t cope well with side effects and having side effects would probably put many off wanting to take a pill. We’ve had none of those problems with our pill. What we found is that by treating the mice with our molecule we can get sterility for a long period of time”.

After this, an analysis was made, in which women were asked, if they prefer male contraceptive pills or not. Majority of them were in the favor as they said that they wouldn’t get pregnant, if these pills were daily taken by men.
