Software system provider Cisco has made a pact with the government of Abu Dhabi to train locals in the subject of advanced telecommunications.
Further detailing upon the matter it was revealed that Abu Dhabi Systems and Information Centre (ADSIC) a government based arm has struck a deal with Cisco systems that will help teach small and medium-sized businesses the basics of computers in order to improve the computer operations.
Cisco with this deal will be bound to set up network infrastructure, network security, telecommunications, collaboration, rich-media video and conferencing all for the Abu Dhabi government.
Director General of ADSIC, Rashed Lahej al Mansoori, said that information technology is one of the key elements that face the heat with financial, economic, social and environmental levels.
