Danube Building Materials has informed a Dh20 million expansion proposal for its retail complex chain Danube Buildmart with two new branches in Dubai.
 
The sources said that the new facilities will establish in Ibn Battuta Mall and Dubai Festival City.

In a separate release, the company has informed that the Ibn Battuta Mall and Dubai Festival City branches will be inaugurated by September and December.
 
With a combined arena of 15,000 square feet, both retail complexes are set to provide 15,000 products ranging from chandeliers, wallpaper collections, luxury sanitary ware, Venetian blinds, carpets and curtains among others.
 
Earlier this fiscal, Danube rolled out Buildmart – a retail complex that incorporates a 20,000 square feet showroom, a 40,000 square feet warehousing section, and establish areas for additional shops and parking.
