Following the assertion made by Mr. Rohtash Hooda, the Additional Political Secretary to the Chief Minister, Haryana, and the Haryana Civil Medical Services Association has taken back its agitation. The association members have now affirmed that the doctors within the state will work even more efficiently.
Mrs. Geeta Bhukkal, Education and Health Minister, Haryana said that she will always be available to address the problems of these doctors. She promised to acknowledge the genuine difficulties of the doctors.
She added that we all need to consider the democracy of the citizens including the doctors too.
She clarified that the State Government has been analyzing the demands of these doctors. However, no announcements have been made, as of now, in view of Model Code of Conduct.
A delegation of Haryana Civil Medical Services Association today met Mr. Rohtash Hooda to present the charter of demands. Mr. Hooda confirmed that the charter will be sent across to the Chief Minister Mr. Bhupinder Singh Hooda.
"At our General Body Meeting held at Rohtak today, we decided to give the government time till Sunday next to take action on our demands," HCMS President Dr. Kamla Singh said.
