On Wednesday, a fresh application was released, which gives UAE iPhone users the ability to get up-to-date movie times and listings.

Flip Media's Naviflix is now present in the Apple iTunes store and provide users instant access to real time movie listings and show times for cinemas across the UAE.

Dinesh Lalvani, managing partner of Flip Media told, "We are always looking for ways to harness the advances of mobile technology to benefit consumers."

He added, in the Middle East, the UAE box office is worth $74m and with over 200 screens it is the second largest film market.

Flip Media is in collaboration with Reel Cinemas, Cinestar and Grand Cinema and mulls to partner with other cinema companies in the region.

Naviflix has also an in cooperated function which permits it to connect with Facebook and Twitter so users can co-ordinate their cinema attendance.
