Now there will be sister airports along with sister cities, as Abu Dhabi has decided to link itself with Narita.
An agreement has been signed yesterday, between Narita International Airport in Tokyo and Abu Dhabi International to become sisters after the inaugural flight by Etihad to the Japan’s capital, Tokyo.
The airports said that they would generate combined tactics for developing the courses connecting the two airports, sponsor prospects between the commerce societies in both markets and exchange know-how in airport functions, surroundings, field transportation and logistics.
Macao has been one of the most productive, proclaiming sister contracts with airports on Australia’s Gold Coast, Farnborough in the UK and Hainan, China.
Last September even Even Abu Dhabi airport proclaimed kinship connections with Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport. This as well occurred following Etihad unlocked services there.
Emirates Airline and Etihad commenced flights to Tokyo this week, and Qatar Airways is on its way to begin its individual flights there the subsequent month. Everyone would be looking for additional access, which will be no mean achievement. But in this case, Etihad may secure itself and get better benefits because it is a part of the family now.
