Burger King has already recruited a team of call center executives, fluent in both English and Arabic language. They have been assigned a task to satisfy customers by receiving their complaints and answering their queries. The call center has an integrated data base of customers for their identification and entertaining their orders.
The call center will act as a centralized point where customers call to order food for take-out or home delivery. Customers can make call at 600 5 2222 4 for availing services from any Burger King restaurant in the UAE.
