Matrooshi said that all apartments have been designed using high quality material and standards for offering luxurious life style to the customers. The mega structure, having a total height of 828 meters, is one of the leading free standing landmarks of the World.
Having huge buildings are of economically viable in some case like in the case of Mumbai in India where land scarcity is well known and it is always intended to make optimum use of the premium land. Such buildings comprising residential, recreational and commercial apartments offer all amenities under one roof. The concrete jungles such as New York and Manhattan, reflecting the contemporary architectural trends, are the live examples of efficient use of energy.
